Majority Shareholder

You win the game with majority shareholder if, at the end of a phase, you own more Foundation shares than the player with the second most shares.

Tips and Tricks

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

Steal one share from the player with the second most shares so that you extend your lead over them. You can only do this with the hostile takeover operation.
Pay attention to shares and capital at the table, as you cannot buy any more shares without a transaction. So if a player is last to make a transaction, you should keep that in mind.
