Cutthroat politics is the mechanism of revolution. In this game, vote by majority to choose a player who loses a victory condition. Then play Thumbs Down to harm your fellow players. A detailed explanation can be found in the rules on p. 22.

How does majority voting (-1 victory condition) work?

Voting on cut-throat politics is open and verbal. You must therefore talk openly with each other and vote by a show of hands.
