How to use the effects:
Surprise Deployment: When War is not active, you may pay 2 Syncanite in I. Then select a field and roll a D6. Increase your army count in that field by your roll until the end of the phase.
If War is active, pay 1 Syncanite and repeat a roll.
Deterrent execution: You may pay for 2 armies in Phase I when War is not active and then destroy 2 of a player’s armies. If War is active, destroy 3 armies at no cost.
Syncane Scatter Shot Artillery: Pay 3 Syncanite in I. Select a field and flip a coin. If it lands on heads, destroy half of the armies. If it lands on tails, halve the yield of the field.
