Influence on the Order: In II, you can increase or decrease the market stock on the Syncanite market by 6. You also receive 4 Syncanite from the supply.

Crisis diplomacy: Pay 2 Syncanite to reduce the value of a crisis by 1. If an active crisis is reduced to 0, cover it again. You may use this effect up to 10 times per cycle.

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

Maverid is a rather politically secure dignitary. He has a great deal of control over the syncanite market and also obtains syncanite through this control.
Crisis diplomacy allows you to steer the game much more in your direction, as you can reduce and even deactivate crises that you don’t want.
With his powerful words, you can obtain favourable bribes and thus win the chancellor election more easily.
