How to use the effects:
Syncane Approval: In II, you can select a player. If they pay you 5 Syncanite, they get one victory condition back.
Syncane Aura: Pay 2 Syncanite in I and then select an empty space. Now roll a D6. The number rolled determines the minimum number of armies that other players must deploy to occupy this space.
Master of the Game: Once per cycle, you may pay 15 Syncanite. Skip an entire phase. This effect cannot be prevented.
