How to use the effects:
Connection to the Past: Once per cycle, you may pay 5 Syncanite and use an operation from the discard pile. Each operation in the discard pile may only be used once.

Apocrypha of the Nexus: Once per game, you may take 10 Syncanite. This increases Tyranny by 3.

Syncane’s Ritual: Once per cycle, you may discard a victory condition and increase any crisis of your choice by 5.

Tips and Tricks

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

Zelia is a powerful dignitary who allows you to influence crises according to your will.
The Apocrypha of the Nexus allow you to consume 10 Syncanite, which is extremely powerful. However, be careful not to accidentally trigger tyranny.
Using 5 Syncanit to perform any operation from the discard pile is very powerful. Therefore, always have 5 Syncanit on hand to do this or threaten to do so.
