How to use the effects:
Legions of the Triumvirate: At any time during Phase I, take 5 armies.

Diplomacy of the Triumvirate: At any time during Phase I, place a castle token in an empty or occupied space. If another player places or moves armies into that space, they lose one victory condition.

Triumvirate’s Judgement: In Phase III, you may call for a majority vote in which the selected player loses a victory condition. The vote must be conducted by a show of hands.

Kara is a military dignitary who plays particularly well with superiority.
Dominate militarily with Kara and start the war to make even better use of your military power.
