How to use the effects:
Unstable Medicine: Five times in Phase I, you can pay one Syncanite to save or destroy an army.

Luxury goods shops: In phase I, you may trigger this effect once. All players except you must roll a D6. If they roll a 1 or 2, they must pay you 3 Syncanite. If they roll a 3 or 4, they lose a victory condition. If they roll a 5 or 6, nothing happens.

Syncanite attack: In phase III, increase the combat value of all assassinations by 10.

You can only pay what you have. No more can be demanded.
