Bribery

Bribes are the political cards in the game. They are purchased with Syncanite, as you, as oligarchs, are not represented in Parliament yourselves. Therefore, you pay with valuable Syncanite to win over the representatives in Parliament. Among the bribes are voting cards to support or reject laws, or intrigues with political effects.

General Tips

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

Voting cards give you political power and allow you to help shape the rules of the game.
Intrigues can have important effects that can be decisive for the game. These do not always relate to politics.
The privileges, which are also in the stack, can have good permanent effects.
When the bribe deck is empty, all discarded bribes, except for the starting hand cards, are shuffled to form a new deck. If there are no more discarded bribes, no more can be purchased.
