Decree of the Chairman

The Chairman’s Decree overrides all voting cards under a law.

How it is played: If you place the Chairman’s Decree on a law as a vote, it is accepted regardless of the voting cards.

Tips and Tricks

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

With this card, you can pass laws that would certainly be rejected otherwise.
Pay attention to the mood at the table. If a law is already likely to be approved, it is sometimes unnecessary to play a decree.
The decree works particularly well when there are laws that give your role asymmetrical advantages that other players would not get.
