Tribunal

The Tribunal is a multiplayer card that removes 2 victory conditions from a player by majority vote.

How to play: You may play the Tribunal openly during the entire Phase III. A player is then chosen by open verbal vote, with a show of hands. This player loses 2 victory conditions. If there is a tie in the vote, the player who played the card has a double vote.

Tips and Tricks

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

Remove the card if there are not 3 or more players participating in the game.
You should only play this card if you are sure that it will not harm you.
If a player at the table is too powerful, especially in a triage, this card is very powerful.
This card may require strong verbal persuasion. Prepare arguments as to why a particular player should be penalised.
