Hire mercenaries to either strengthen your military power or steal from your opponents.

How to play: Receive 5 armies at any time. Alternatively, you can steal any 5 resources, 20 capital, or a random card from your opponents hand. (Draw one blindly form your opponents hand)

You can play this card at the end of Phase I to unexpectedly receive and deploy 5 armies.
You can also steal resources from a player to thwart their plans and enrich yourself.
