Aristocratic Prerogative

Aristocratic Privilege is a tyranny law. Once it becomes active, players can invoke it in Phase II and each player receives 5 Syncanite. However, the Censor receives 10 Syncanite. When the law is invoked, the market stock of Syncanite must be reduced by 4.
