Balance of Terror

The balance of terror is a law of war. From now on, whenever Liquid Syncanite or Syncane Bombardment is used, every player may also make use of the card’s effect. In addition, the cost of the Syncane Bombardment card is removed.

The use of weapons such as the cards described will now become significantly more complicated and must be better thought out.
This law works wonderfully with Scorched Earth, as players can either help you win or not make use of the bombardment.

In what order can players make use of the effects?

This law applies to the order of play. This means that when a player plays a card, everyone else may make use of the effect in order of play.
