Right of Proposal

The right of proposal is a revolutionary law. As the title suggests, the chairperson is granted the right to propose. To exercise this right, he or she draws three laws and selects one of them. This law is then put to a vote and all others are discarded.

This asymmetry gives the chairperson a great deal of power, as it allows them to influence the nature of legislation and thus protect themselves from assassination attempts.
If you coordinate with the chairperson or have a common enemy, the law can also be helpful. But make sure that the chairperson does not betray you.
