Syncan Currency Standard

The Syncane currency standard is a tyrannical law. It adds two more options for transactions. From now on, three armies can be purchased for one Syncanite, or one bribe can be purchased for two Syncanites. Using one of these options requires a separate transaction.

The card is useful when there is an abundance of Syncanite. It can be particularly useful in war.
The law does not harm anyone, or so it is generally assumed. Keep this in mind when voting and do not waste your vote.

Can I buy armies with food and Syncanite at the same time?

No, that is not possible because the law supplements 2 purchase options. A transaction represents the use of ONE option, so you cannot use 2 different ones in one transaction.
