Taxation of the Masses

Taxation of the masses is a triage law. In phase IV, all players receive 25 capital. The investor even receives 50 capital. A random field card is also drawn directly and placed on the game board.

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

This law speeds up the game somewhat, firstly because there is more capital in circulation and secondly because more field cards mean that crises are triggered more quickly.
The accelerated creation of field cards can also be helpful for Phase I. This is especially true if you have a strong military position.
