If players have fewer than 15 armies, this card causes them to lose one of their victory conditions. Ideal if you have 15 armies!

How to play: All players with fewer than 15 armies must discard one victory condition. This means that if a player has 15 armies, they are protected. The combat value of a dignitary does not factor into this comparison.

Play this card if you absolutely want to declare war or if you have more than 15 armies and want to get away with it unscathed!
Take the lead in the victory conditions with this card – ideal for a victory with Triage!
Be aware that this card can also harm you – especially when Tyranny is active and a victory condition suddenly becomes decisive for the game!
