The capital value

Depending on its position, the Capital Value marker adds a premium or discount to the SYNCANIT, GOODS and FOOD markets. (See value on the left). It also increases the Crisis War and Revolution markers, depending on its position. Each field can only increase a crisis once, i.e. if the capital value is set to +2 but this effect has already been used once, Revolution is not increased.

IMPORTANT: The -2, -3 for War is a misprint and should be +2, +3.

The position of the cube on the board indicates the capital value. The Roman numeral on the cube, on the other hand, provides information about the current cycle. The cube therefore has a dual function here!

Is there a marker for fields that have already been used, to count up to war?

No, this marker does not currently exist. So you have to remember which ones have already been used, or make do with items outside the game.
