Intimidation

Intimidation affects the Parliament phase. You can remove their voting cards from votes, even during the counting process. This card is an anytime card in terms of card speed and can be played as a counter. However, it can only be played in III.

How to play it: If ‘the Pariah’ plays Intimidation in III, he can remove one voting card from the vote on a law for 10 capital. This can also be done during the counting of votes. If a player other than the Pariah plays this card, he can even remove two votes. The Pariah receives 20 capital from the bank for this.

Tips and Tricks

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

  • This card gives you political power and allows you to influence the vote in your favour.
  • You cannot play intrigues or assassinations with this card.
  • Depending on the situation, selling the card can be more beneficial, as other players can negate more voting cards and you will receive capital. However, be careful not to give political influence to the wrong person. Look for someone with similar political views.
