This card allows you to raise prices at a market. You also receive a share of the profits from the price increase.

How to play this card: When the Pariah plays this card, they may choose a market and increase the price by 4 capital. Half of the profit generated by this price increase is given to the Pariah. The effect lasts for one phase only. All other players except the Pariah may use the same effect on two different markets. In this case, a quarter of the profit is given to the player and a quarter to the Pariah.

Tips and Tricks

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

This card can give you an economic advantage by allowing you to reap the profits in a sought-after market.
Due to the price increase, you can also prevent players from purchasing certain resources. This could mean that they lack important resources for donations, for example.
When selling the card, make sure that the player you are selling it to does not make the resource you want to buy expensive. If necessary, prevent this with a handshake deal.
