How is this operation effect played? Whenever this card is drawn, it is checked who occupies the field. Normally, this is the state, as it always outbids the player. The state then receives +3 bribes in the tally of its harvest, and the market stock of syncanite decreases by 4. If the state cannot outbid the player, the player has the choice between the options. A causes all surrounding fields around Tycos to no longer yield goods, and B causes an increased Syncanite harvest in the Ice Sea by 6.

How this bribery effect is played: If there is artillery in Tycos, it fires once at every enemy (including swarms) adjacent field.
